Our function room is equipped with state-of-the-art meeting and function facilities, including LCD projector, projector screen, PA system, sound system and wireless internet access. Flip charts, white boards, rostrum and stationery items are of course available as well.
An acoustic divider separates the function room from our all-day dining restaurant. Depending on your preferences regarding seating arrangements (theatre style, class room style, boardroom style or banquet), we can accommodate up to 50 pax in the function room. For bigger functions, the acoustic divider can be opened up to combine the function room and the restaurant into a function hall, which can accommodate up to 150 pax
The above-mentioned facilities, coupled with our well-known cuisine, provide a solid foundation for successful functions, including meetings, seminars, workshops, teambuilding and trainings, talks and presentations, conferences, as well as corporate lunch or dinner events

Our newly renovated restaurant and function room offer the perfect venue for all sorts of private celebrations. Whether it’s a wedding, an anniversary or birthday party, a family reunion or a simple gathering amongst friends.
Most important for a memorable event is the food! Our dedicated chefs at Telang Usan Hotel will go above and beyond to ensure your celebration to be a culinary highlight! While our kitchen is best known for its native Sarawakian dishes, we also offer delicious other options, ranging from Malaysian, Chinese and Asian food to Western cuisine.
Our terrace area and garden bar pose the ideal space for welcome drinks or even for smaller parties. Upon request and based on your demands and wishes, we can also organize decorations, ranging from simple decorative touches all the way to all-out theme parties, as well as karaoke or live music and all sorts of event equipment.
